Spoons

Claire (left) has mastered the spoon and is making good progress towards figuring out how to use a fork (or more specifically, a toddler spork). Nina still prefers using her hands to eat, but will occasionally try out her spoon.

Nina tends to eat faster than Claire and is also a much messier eater, routinely spreading her food out on her tray or on her face. Claire tries to be as precise as possible while eating and when she spills something she's quick to point it out and grunt angrily at it until it's cleaned up. Fortunately Claire only seems to care about the cleanliness of her eating area and Nina's messy habits don't bother her.
