'Tis the season! We set up our little tree safely outside of baby-grasping range and the girls helped decorate it. They loved picking out and holding the ornaments, but weren't thrilled when we suggested they had to share their bright new shiny toys with the tree.
We've been playing lots of Christmas music for the girls and Nana brought over the Nutcracker ballet on DVD (a holiday must-have for our family). After some encouragement from Nana, the girls started to dance along (Nina's on the left).

Julia--we have shown Peter that exact same Nutcracker (a childhood obsession of mine) and Peter can NOT get enough of it. He has also been dancing around our living room and demanding more "girl! girl dance! sad--nutcracker broken...fix! girl dance happy! happy dance!"
So glad to see your girls doing the same.
