Over the past month or so the girls have spent a lot of time in the toy box. They've figured out where the toys come from and when playtime starts they head straight to the source. The first time I saw them in there I was pretty surprised. The girls were playing happily on the floor when I stepped away to check email. When I looked over both girls were crammed in the box and they were digging for toy treasure.
The first few times the girls got in the box they couldn't get out and relied on us to carry them to safety. After a bit more practice each girl can now confidently get in and out, as Nina demonstrates in the video above (and picture below).

I am saying: "good job" to Claire who is successfully stacking rings while Nina gets out of the toy box, without kudos, all by herself;
so I owe Nina a belated: "good job!" as well.
