The bebes' grandfather (known to them as Opa) came to visit over the weekend. We all had a great time and managed to snap a few pictures before he had to head back to LA (note the "Opa" shirt).

I'm still having trouble thinking of my mother as "Nana" and my father as "Opa" but I suppose it will just take time to adjust. I think Opa enjoyed watching his bebe with bebes of her own. Now that I've experienced the bebe-stage with the girls, I can finally understand how parents can see their children "stuck" in this stage even as they age. How disorienting it must be to see the bebe whose diaper you used to change get married and start a family!
