The girls are 3 months old today, yay! They are cooing up a storm and have started saying "Ah-Ruh" and recently "Ah-Grruh" when prompted. They are also kicking their feet a lot now and motion as though they are on an invisible bicycle. They are looking more and more alike, as their heads are morphing into more normal shapes. (Above Claire is to the left).
The girls each enjoy being lifted up in the air, and will kick their legs straight out so they are parallel to the floor. This motion often results in bebe-gas, which is pretty funny. (I suppose you know you're a parent when you bebe's gas makes you smile).
Each bebe eats about 4oz of (pumped) breast milk per feeding now, and they eat every 3-4 hours. As you can imagine, this keeps me (aka the family milk cow) quite busy. The girls are using fancy gas-reducing bottles that I got from a friend. They are pretty neat, though come with several parts (designed to equalize internal and external pressure) which add to the cleaning time.
