One month old

The girls are over a month old now and have changed a lot over the past few weeks. They can stand being un-swaddled for much longer and have longer periods of awake time. They're also sleeping for longer periods--generally three hours at a time. On a few lucky nights they've gone four or five hours at a stretch (before what Jason and I lovingly call the "bebe explosion"--from happy to extremely mad and hungry in just a couple of seconds).
