Our little Nina's healing well from her surgery. She had a cyst and her tailbone (ouch!) removed on June 24th and we had a follow-up appointment this past Tuesday to check on her incision. Everything is healing well, which is great news. We've got an elaborate routine for the incision's cleaning/care, which has been challenging due to its under-the-diaper and poop-exposed location. We've got her on baby Tylenol and she doesn't seem to be in too much pain.
When we undressed her for the exam we noticed that her cord had fallen off. She now has an adorable little belly button and has a "first" over her sister.
